September 6, 2016 – Bridgepoint Merchant Banking (“Bridgepoint”), a middle-market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Mike Anderson as Managing Principal. Mr. Anderson joins Bridgepoint’s Omaha, NE office to support continued firm growth.

Mr. Anderson joins Bridgepoint with over 25 years of experience within the financial services industry, including M&A and financial advisory services. Prior to Bridgepoint, Mr. Anderson served as Vice President at Securities America where he was responsible for leading the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and financial institutions efforts. Previously, Mr. Anderson served as President of Accutrade and Ameritrade where he founded Ameritrade Advisor Services. Mr. Anderson also previously served as President at InfoUSA and eOneGroup.
Mr. Anderson has been a longtime board member of Outlook Nebraska, a non-profit organization improving the lives of the blind and visually impaired. Mr. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University.
